Why the Confusion?
The confusion stems from a simple brand collision. We are the original MINRES — an acronym for Mining Resources — and have held the minres.com.au domain as the home of our training institute for decades.
Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) is a separate corporate entity that later adopted “MinRes” as their shorthand brand name. While they operate mine sites and crushing operations, we operate the training programs that qualify the people who run those sites.
MINRES Training Institute is an independent educational organisation. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by Mineral Resources Limited.
