This course has been designed by communication specialists who recognise the ChatGPT revolution as being a game changer for small to medium enterprises. Introduce or enhance your business with the addition of automation and build your own personal assistant, marketing agent or technical expert for integration with your website.
Target Audience
This course specifically targets small to medium enterprises who are at start up, expansion or continuous improvement phase in their planning cycle. Participants will be encouraged to introduce activities into the daily routine which rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to automate the performance of that task.
Duration and Delivery
The duration of this course is 3-12 months depending on the candidates’ experience.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = 13
- 6 core units, plus
- 7 elective units, of which:
- two (2) must be from Group A
- one (1) must be from Group B
- Up to four (4) units may be selected from A – G
- If not listed up to three (3) may be selected from elsewhere
