David Peacock, CPQM

National Training Coordinator and Site Senior Executive 20+.
Dave has over 40 years of experience in the mining, quarrying and regulatory sectors together with a proven track record in Indigenous mentoring, shaping supervisors, up-and-coming leaders, manager mentoring and post-employment support.

Leigh Willson

Business Development Manager (Australia & New Zealand).
Leigh has more than 30 years experience in Mining and Jewellery Manufacture with clients across Australia and Europe. Successfully implementing the transition to online learning and further development of our our bespoke Training Management System.

Samantha Taylor

Administrations Manager.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Mass Communications and is a wealth of knowledge overseeing our daily operations including Course Applications and Enrolments, the Training Management System, Client Onboarding as well as Technical Support, Website Maintenance, and other marketing activities.

Ralph Mogridge

Indigenous Training & Support Facilitator.
Ralph has an established track record working with Government and other Organisations in the resources industry. Ralph prides himself on operating with the basic principles of common sense and leading by example. He believes that with the right training, support, advice and resources anyone can achieve their goals.

Hamish Beattie

Trainer and Assessor.
Hamish has more than 30 years experience in the resources and construction sectors. Hamish is our leading content expert supporting Mine Managers and Site Senior Executives undertake the mandatory training requirements to successfully obtain their notices across Australia.

Lee Wilson

Trainer and Assessor.
Yes! We have two Lee Wilson's on our MINRES Team. Hopefully, you cant mistake us for one another. Lee also holds his 20+ SSE Notice and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to support his peers through their learning Journey. He is well respected across both the coal and metalliferous surface operations.

Alex Turner

Trainer and Assessor.
Alex has a grounded attitude and common sense approach to his training style and works with our students making the progression from entry level, operator and through their transition to Leading Hand and Supervisor.

Greg Card

Trainer and Assessor..
Greg has more than 20 years experience in the resources and infrastructure industries. He specialises in Coal, explosives and blasting, and Training Needs Analysis and implementation to meet the requirements of Recognised Standard 22 (RS22).
